"Gathered Things"

"Gathered Things" - Mixed Media; found ceramic & words on paper.
 
Arranging my finds onto paper is a very meditative activity, and something I have been doing almost as long as I have been picking up treasures from the beach. Combining this with another mediative hobby, the cutting up of magazines, elevated it from organisation, into creativity. Combining found words with found objects, found shapes with found patterns, sometimes following logic, and sometimes feeling.... each piece is wholly unique, and I am deeply fond of every single one.
